Blue Revolution produced an amazing live stage version of their award winning radio show Totally 80s on Saturday night for South Devon’s Palm 105.5 to be broadcast from their “Party on the Green” in Torbay.
Gary King took the thousands of diehard 80s fans, at the event and listening on air, back to their favourite music decade with games, the biggest party hits from the 1980s and a 25 minute on-stage set 80’s disco diva Hazell Dean.
Nick Pitts, Blue Revolution’s Content Director and Exec Producer of 'Totally 80s Live' said “It’s great when you can take an emotive national brand like Totally 80s and make it work for a brilliant local station like Palm 105.5. Their loyal Totally 80s listeners came down and partied the night away – and that’s all we can ask for”.
Palm 105.5’s S&P Manager Jennie Park said “We were so happy with our 'Palm Party on the Green' this year and with Blue Revolution’s contribution, it made the event the best yet! We look forward to working with them on next year’s event... and the one after that... and...”
Paul Hollins – CEO of Blue Revolution added “Blue Revolution are always looking at ways to take our brands out to the broadcasters – and these sort of events are winners for all.”
