Always one to be a little behind my friends (and general taste), I've embarked on a reading mission to enjoy the highly recomended book "Radio Head" by John Osborne. 

 

This has been Radio 4's "Book Of The Week" and has been highly rated by The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph (but don't let that put you off!).

Paul and I discussed at length the launch and how we were going to handle it.  Would we PR it immediately with all guns blazing or would we "soft launch" it and let our clients use it, make sure they are happy and THEN tell the world?  We opted for the latter option.
